We recommend a relaxed look, because we think everyone has the perfect dad body like us.  So choose the size that is 4"-6"  larger than your body measurement to achieve the recommended look. 

For those who don't have the perfect dad bod and settled for a 6 pack physique, choose the size that is 2"-4" larger than your body measurement.  That way you will at least feel sexy as us.
